The SLIA has two types of committees, Permanent and Temporary. 

Permanent Committees are Rules, Finance, Membership, Publicity, Nominating, and Environmental.  These committtes are chaired by SLIA Board members and can only be changed or removed by a vote to change the bylaws at the Annual Meeting.

Temporary Committees are Wildlife and Fisheries, Welcoming, Drain, Shoreline Stewardship, Safety, Township Liaison (Blair,Garfield), Loon, IT/Website, Social (Regatta/Beach Ball), Adopt-A-Road.  These committees are created by Board of Directors or Members and can be added or removed without a change to the bylaws. 

Any member (not just Board members) can be on any committee.  The Treasurer is automatically a member of the Finance committee. Want to get INVOLVED?  Email: tc.silver.lake.association@gmail.com
